Starting to look like a real room. What am I going to do with all this room?? Might be splitting it with Marylena. We got lucky and the contractor who built the house is creating the addition. We're paying close attention to making the dormer match in with the rest of the house. I think we'll keep the tarp for a few years to fit in with the local architecture. In Maine and New Hampshire Tyvek and tarps are siding and roofing material. I hope all is buttoned up so I can insulate and sheetrock before I head to my residency at Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts.

I'm just realizing that I worked in my home studio for a brief 3 months and decided to make it bigger. We're putting a dormer in and I'm looking forward to being able to walk around the entire space without bumping my head on the ceiling. Bigger work? Maybe.
For those that don't know I have some experience with standup comedy. The beauty of being on stage with a microphone is you can always tap it when a bit bombs and ask "Is this thing on??" What is the equivalent online? How do you know people are looking?
